Drain Line Hydrojetting
Hydrojetting (high pressure water jetting) cleans and clears the
lines, restoring the drain to its full capacity.
Our company has a full range of hydrojetters, from small interior
units to 4,000 psi jet trailers, giving us the ability to clear any
size drain line. We highly recommend to have your lines hydrojetted
on a regular basis, to avoid grease and food build-up that may cause
your trap and lines to back up and/or overflow.
Electronic / Video Line Detection
We offer video camera line detection to assist in locating blockages in your drain lines due to debris and grease, as well as detecting broken lines. This service can greatly reduce repair costs, because you will be able to see exactly what and where the problem is.

When large volumes of restaurant generated cooking
grease/oil enter sewage collection pipes, the grease solidifies and
accumulates resulting in narrowing of the pipe's internal opening.
Eventually the inside of the pipe is closed forcing incoming sewage
to escape through manhole covers or other exit points.
Until this sewage is detected and contained it may enter a surface
drainage system, natural or manmade,
where it drains into the ocean carrying with it bacteria
and other human pathogens, creating an immediate public health
hazard. In some instances, this will trigger a state-mandated beach
water closure. Even when a grease trap/interceptor is on a regular
maintenance schedule, the pipes will need some cleaning as well...
